Evaluation, Scope of Work, Pricing, and Repairs

Buildings don’t last forever. Even the most well cared for homes and other structures require maintenance and repairs.

Whether the project is small and simple or large and complex, the Path to Repair can be challenging. A successful project plan involves many Incremental Steps, taken in the right place and in the right order, and they all begin with properly defining the problem.

This starts with an Evaluation of the building(s) and an Analysis of the results. From there, we work with you to identify solution options, and then we develop the project’s Scope of Work.

Until the scope of the project is properly defined, no one can accurately predict the cost of the work. But once we have the Bidding Documents completed, we can now seek competitive bids or negotiated proposals from qualified contractors.

With accurate pricing in hand, we work with you to finalize the project’s Construction Documents, get a formal construction contract in place, and then get the repair project underway.

During construction, we serve as your Owner’s Representative, providing an experienced, watchful eye over the project’s scope, budget, and contractor’s performance.

These Incremental Steps are not complicated on their own, but together, they are critical towards achieving long-lasting and Tangible Results.
